Each year the community celebrates the myriad of visual arts and the artists of the community at the Great Mother and New Father Conference Art Gallery Opening. This year, Clara will direct the art gallery experience, and guide exploration of artworks and art forms to inform discourse. The theme of The Great Mother and New Father Conference this year is The Village and the Forest: Generosity, Naiveté and the Underworld.
It is our hope that you will be inspired to create and share imagery based on this theme and the potential woven into this beautifully crafted gathering.
The conference gallery space provides an opportunity to share your theme-inspired work; however, it is not a requirement that your work be related to this theme.
Whether you are a new or returning gallery artist, complete the Gallery Submission form to share your intent to participate this year. If you are a first time participant, please be sure to include jpgs of the type of work you hope to have in the show or a link to your website or portfolio. Both 2 and 3 dimensional work is welcome and we will do our best to accommodate each artist’s vision for presentation. For more information, contact Clara DeGalan, Art Gallery Director.
